Processing times

All orders are prepared within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy launch periods, preparation may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

UK shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• Standard Delivery: £3.99 (estimated 3–5 business days)
• Free Standard Delivery: Free on orders of £80 or more (estimated 3–5 business days)
• Express Delivery: £5.99 (estimated 1–2 business days)
• Free Express Delivery: Free on orders of £100 or more (estimated 1–2 business days)

Delivery estimates apply after your order has been prepared.

Order tracking

Where available, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control. If your order looks delayed, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address is incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

International shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. If you’d like Wilford shipped outside the UK, contact us and we’ll let you know when international shipping opens.
