Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During launch periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

UK shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• Standard UK Shipping: £3.99 (est 4-7 business days)

• Free UK Shipping: Free on orders over £90 (est 4-7 business days)

Order tracking

Where available, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control. If your order looks delayed, contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

International shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. If you’d like Wilford shipped outside the UK, contact us and we’ll let you know when international shipping opens.
